    Default Did a couple more today

    got back out into the shed and did a couple more pens today. Firstly a Sierra with Mallee Burl

    A Sierra from something out of my stash, My first Cigar (that I assembled wrong) and my first acrylic

    I also managed to also do an eggoscope that has been claimed by both kids from a New Guinea rosewood off-cut I had laying around

    All in all a good day in the shed. Now all I have to do is decide what I am taking to work on Monday. As long as they don't go "missing" before hand
    I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

    G'day Gra, first of all you are doin' OK mate keep at it, secondly don't worry about assembling the pen wrong I'm willing to bet that each one of us has done that. Me a number of times, yeah I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed.
    But I found the antidote if not the cure-------> GPW Transfer Punch Set, just knock 'em apart and fix the mistake. Best 20 bucks I ever spent.

    Though some won't admit it most of us have assembled a pen or two wrong as well. I assume that is what is causing the gap at the centreband.
