Thread: Dead Finish Baron with PrimerT

I have had to rechange my CA proceedure due to a run of failures.
My dream run with Glen20 came to an end, I didnt want to go back to the pump spray activator, so I went looking for some aerosol activator.

Went to a bearing supply shop who sell the Loctite brand, the bloke behind the counter was giving me the third degree because I wanted to use Loctite PrimerT with a different brand CA, he kept saying "mate you just dont understand CA do you", I told him I wasnt glueing the ####ing space shuttle together, and walked out.
Drove just down the road to SKF, walked in, picked up a can of PrimerT off the shelf, paid, and left. Why didnt I go there first.

I have had a few test runs with it, seems good so far. I am getting a bit of frosting between coats as I was at the start with the Glen20. But that seems to melt with the next coat.
