    Default Deer Antler Bullet Pen

    Hey Everyone

    Well I got some deer antler from John and I put it on to a bullet pen Rhodium and copper from GPW I sanded to 1200g then MM and five coats of CA I didnt want it to look like glass I wanted it to look like the real deal and I think I nailed this one now I am gonna have to get some more I like working with it all comments welcome

    Yep you did a great job on that, glad you liked turning it ,it is like all those things ,can smell a bit , but I have turned much more difficult stuff than antler, if you don't have a source for deer horm (Ifound it hard to get ) woodturningz has it , I think you can get 2 packets in a flate rate box cheers ~ John

    Only piont I have is that a cartridge should be brass. Prob 22 yrs army says that. Would like to get some antler but like you tis hard to get.
