Diver Trial
These are a couple of lazer cut diver kits with printed white labels printed with the club emblem. One also has the head diving instructor's name as it is a gift.
The kits are assembled as per instruction, turned down to undersize, sanded and then coated with 2 layers of thin CA & 1 coat of thick. I re-sand with XXXX steel wool before applying the label and let dry completely. The the blank is then finished with 9 coats of thick CA to bring back to correct size prior to wet micromesh sanding and polishing.
Now I know it works, I have to do some for the other 2 clubs and diving organisations I'm involved with, then sit back and wait for the orders
. I do have to work on getting the tube in the middle but

They will also make nice gifts for the dive master dive-buddies I dive with on the liveaboard boats I travel on

Neil, where is our Ausie dive flag colours? the red is US. They still look good though

The blue flag is for divers yes, but the red is for Divers Alert Network, a world wide organisation I belong to. It was also the way the kit came, so not much choice anyway
