Gorgeous pen. Love the black/white contrast. Came upon some key ivory myself and been afraid to use it. Hard to replace, you know.

Lovely pen Laurie, really sharp, very classy.

Very nice job, both in the planning and of the execution.

Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing more.

You know, I saw a piano on the side of the road that had fallen, possibly 'accidentally' out of the back of a truck, and seriously considered going back and cannibalizing the keys, but I figured, ehhhh, it's only ivory veneer, and probably not even ivory on most of the newer stuff.

Even the plastic from those keys would laminate nice I bet. Is that what you plan to do with your pieces? I'm kind of kicking myself now for not going back, but it's almost embarrassing how much of a scrounge I've become lately. sheesh.

I saw a roadkill woodchuck on the way home today, and had to really force myself to keep driving. But really, though, when's the last time you saw a woodchuck pen?

    *sigh* I need help...

Oh yeah, wonderful looking pen, by the way, that is really rich looking.

Mmmm... How many pens would a woodchuck make?
