    Default Family V's Clients Pt1

here is the first installment of Family and Clients Named pens

    FIRST
My eldest daughter has just moved jobs and needs to carry a pen at all times, this one should always make it home when lost
her name is Victoria but we call her Tor and the youngest daughter as a baby called her Tor-Tor so

    SECOND
My sons name is Christopher and there was no way of making that fit, so initials will have to do him, i used a wood grain effect on the lettering and had to wrap around due to the larger size

    THIRD
This is the first of the customer orders, apart from the lettering it was requested that i use the red wire as seen in a previous post

    thanks for looking C&C welcome

    all the best

I love these. So cool to be able to personalize them and still retain the "steam punk" (as called by another forumite) look.

Will be adding this technique to my must try list.

    Cheers

Who wouldn't want to own one of your pens Mik???

This really isl a cracking bunch and the red on the nib
end of the last one really helps to set the whole thing
up as just a little different.

Congrats. on the developments in your style!!

thanks shawn, the biggest problem with the names is the size of the lettering, once you go under the 1/2" size the letters become lines, so it's 3 letters to a siera and 6 max to a cigar

i disagree with the Steampunk name that's why i called them MECHA, which actually refers to robotics, once i get around to putting watch gears on them as well then i think they will be more in the steampunk fashion

John - Gawdelpus is calling them boiler plate - i like this name as well

if you need any pointers when you get around to trying, PM me and i will answer any questions
