Fishers of men replacement
One of my customers either lost or had her pen stolen and wanted a replacement. This might slow down the loss a little for this one. BOW and CA finish. The printing was done on my laser printer. I printed a reverse image on paper and then applied that to the wood with heat and about 8 coats of CA over top of that for protection. She never asked for her name to be put on it and if she doesn't like it a little sanding will remove it and then just refinish. I think she will like it though.

I think so as well, it's the 2 tone chrome/black titanium here.
Pacifica Petroglyph Pen Kit (2 Tone)
I like this plating, Beartoothwoods also has this plating in the sierra click which is usually the one I get when I go for the click.

great looking pen mate
i always like the Black Ti finish, looks a treat with most woods
what did you use for the heat, i have used an iron before to transfere images for different things, but that was on flat bits of wood

thanks mate, i didn't think of the soldering iron, i do intend to get some of those water slide transferes but for the price of them you really need to print a whole page at once

What a great idea... one question... how do you get the printer to print in reverse though?
It's only a mistake if you don't learn from it.

Some laser printers have it as a function. I use paint shop pro as my graphics program. Print the text in it and then mirror it. Many graphics programs will have this function, some are better than others.
