    Default Gold and Gunmetal Sierra.

A Rob Gajic label cast dressed out with gold and gun metal sierra components. Finished with Eddie Stone's diamond polishing paste. One of a few products I have been testing. This was done before my mother's day incarceration in hospital. I'm upright and learning to walk with crutches now. I'm about as uncoordinated as a baby giraffe but am getting there and going in a forward direction. 20200425_201913_1587811550974.jpg20200425_201932_1587811602518.jpg20200425_202047_1587811649727.jpg20200425_202012_1587811694094.jpg20200425_202111_1587811735544.jpg

That's a lovely looking blank, and a well finished pen. And full marks for the photography. The Sierra kit always looks like a much more expensive kit, and is very popular. Sorry to hear about your mobility (or lack of) but glad to hear that, with the help of crutches, you are going in a forward direction - going in the other direction would be a real bummer

    Cheers, Gary

Hi Bdar, yes that is a lovely looking pen, excellent. And I do hope your recuperation goes along as smoothly as possible. Terrible when incidents like this happen. And I also have to say, excellent photography. May I ask, how did you get the white background. I've tried a few methods over the years but none has been 100% successful.

Hey Mate, looks great. The blank is a real stunner, and looks good on that kit.
Sorry to hear of your misfortune to end up on crutches, hopefully you will be on the mend and be back to normal soon.
At least you can turn pens in the meantime to keep busy.

    Hi Paul,

All I use is a piece of A4 copy paper, a piece of blue tack to hold the pen in place. I have a lamp either side and I don't zoom in. Focus the shot and take it. I crop the photo afterwards when I edit it. I am not a photographer in any sense of the term. Just point and shoot.

Very impressive looking pen. That casting is certainly different from the norm.
