i like all of the pickies and i don't think the LITTLE clear stand detracts at all, it actually gives you many more angles to play with, the collection of photos that you have shown are a great set

Thanks Mik, the stand certainly gives more options to position the pen, but I seem to prefer the cleaner lines without the stand.
