Guess the wood
Hi all.
Just finished this Polaris. Instead of telling everybody about it i decided it would be fun to play a game of guess the wood (and yes I do know what it is for a change). Knowing how knowledgable most of you are it wont take long.

Well the grain in photo 1 says HP, but the color is too light. Perhaps it was bleached?

Bragging rights to Ironwood. Well done to everyone, didn't think it would go second guess. Love the American Holly, so white. It was my first time working with it and it was great fun to turn and put in practice all I read on the other thread on keeping the blank clean.
