fantastic looking pen!
how high a grit did you sand it to, if I may ask?"That's impossible. Nobody can give more than 100%. By definition that is the most anyone can give"

Great looking pen there Ironwood .
I have heaps of Bruce's blanks here still in the draw. Best looking acrylic blanks I've seen IMHO.Neil____________________________________________Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new

Top stuff, that's a beauty.
Gotta love Bruce's blanks, can't beat them for depth and ease of turning in my opinion.

Thanks Guys, I'm pretty happy with this one as well.
I just wet sanded right through the Micromesh range, I use the pads that come as a kit, not sure what the highest grit is. Then I use Hut plastic polish to finish it off, which makes a big difference.
Have to agree there. Bruces blanks are the best.
Ive seen pics of some of the ones the guys in the US are making, and Bruces are at least as good, or better, IMHO.

That should be a popular pen indeed very nice The only problem I have with "bruces blanks" is which one to choose , I tend to hoard them up lol. cheers ~ John
