Hello All....
I joined the site about a month ago and hang out primarily in the box forum but I do like to do a turning or two on occassion. I bought my PSI lathe almost a year ago. Made lots of pens for Christmas gifts this year and have sold a dozen or so as well. Fun stuff... so here are few of my pens including my first pen turned last February:
Thanks for looking,
Corey

Glad to have ya here. The pens look good. Nice fit and finish and well rounded on styles.
I have done so much for so long with so little I can now do almost anything with nothing!

Hi All and thanks for the kind words. The finishes are a mix of products. On the Box Elder Burl pens which are of course dyed and stabilized and the Rosewood comfort, those are Deft Lacquer in a can lathe applied... pretty much per Russ Fairfields Method on his website.
The Walnut Flat Top was spray lacquered. The walnut Sierra and the Amboyna Burl Rollerball were both a water base poly called Enduro that is applied on the lathe in the same fashion nearly as CA.
Hope this helps.
