    I love this jig. The cam clamp and knob allow quick and easy adjustment. Well done!
    A suggestion for using these types of jigs is to use only one clamp, that is enough to keep the jig from spinning if the drill bit catches.
    When you use only one clamp, the jig can be pivoted on the clamp point for easier centering of the blank under the drill bit. If you also keep the table clamp a little loose, you can now fully adjust the blank to bit alignment by pivoting the fixture and tapping the table. You no longer need to unclamp then re-clamp the fixture each time you change blank or bit sizes.

    Thank you for sharing Ricardo, this is the best drilling jig I have seen so far. I think I will have to build one like it for myself.

    I thought it was a bit a light hearted comment too. Nice job though Ricardo. You can also get the 2 jaw chuck for drilling on a lathe from McJing tools online in Sydney. I have been using one for a while and it gives a great finish.

    I know the 2 jaw chuck for drilling on a lathe from McJing, but sometimes it make me feel better saying I DID IT.
