Hot off the press
The pen press that is.
Polaris kit from Timberbits.
NGRosewood burl ww cast with red PR and oriodin powder to make it glisten.
Dont know about these kits the instructions say to press the mechanism in till the overall length is 3 3/4 inches long then install refil and screw on nib and push the cap on. These instruction were followed but the refil only retracts till it is flush with the nib and protrudes out to far. I fixed it by trimming a couple of mills off the refill but cant really expect a customer to do that every time he/she changes the refill.

Nice work Trev. I found that with some pen kits you just have to press in less than recommended and then try the refill positioning and push in more if necessary. This happens a lot with slimlines. It is a real pain in the a**** to have that happen when you are happy with the rest of the pen.
