Jnr Gent 11 stabilized Box Elder Burl
Thanks to PenPal (Peter) for this blank among many others. Peter , hope you like it!?
It was quite easy to turn, but this is my First "Micrometer Pen". Turned to close enough, then used the micometer on the pen parts and then the blanks.
Finish is CA, there was a great long slit/crack that needed filling, so it took quite a while, final polish with Plastx and Showcar glaze as per Addictive's sheet.
Hope you like it, AmosGood, better, best, never let it rest;

It's beautiful, Amos!
Amazing fit and finish and the spalting lends it a very distinctive tone.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.

Beautiful pen Amos a stunning blank to work with. Peter you are a genius.
Great fit and finish I like the way you have positioned the clip to show off the spalting.

Very nicely done Amos.
Excellent fit and finish.
I like the choice of kit plating for that timber.
Nice photos too!
