Default Jnr. Gent RB in Mallee Burl

Well, this also is from that "character", not as figured as the other, and MUCH more difficult to turn, very brittle, this one should be called either "Patience" or "Trouble"! anyway, here it is for your inspection, Amos

Nick, these Jnr. Gents are in my "RUSTIC" range of cheaper pens, as such they get minimal treatment, now if I want to make it a higher end pen, I would use different nib, different kit, and much more time into filling the cracks and millions of coats of CA! Amos

Hey Amos, that looks Rustic to me . I have a bunch of these kits, and I think I'll do a few of them the 'Rustic' way, just using a few coates of Shellawax ect ect.

This is from your cheapy budget range !!!! no wai..

I really really need to get me some burl.

I'm learning acrylics on sierra's at present and the deeper i get (pun intended) the more care i have to take with tube colour, seeing your wood stuff is inspiring me Amos. And has me considering woods more and more. lovely work.

Great idea and concept Amos. Giving the consumer a choice of a budget range that has character as well. I like your way of thinking.

Nice work as always Amos. I love the rustic appearance and the natural look of the timber.
    Reality is no background music.
    Cheers John
