    Default JR Gent Version 2

JR Gent version 2 Rollerball, is a bit bigger than the version 1. A version 1 is very similar in size to The Baron. Once again it was made from Red Mallee.

    Nice.

'Tis a nice, uncomplicated looking kit, too. Does it also come in gold?
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.

Thank you Toni I know a lot of people like to put bumps and bulges onto the JR Gents and Barons. Even though I like the closed end versions of these pens, if using the kit as sold if feel they are classy kits with metal fittings they deserve straight lines and a classic shape. For the smaller Rollerball and Fountain pens, going up in price would be The Baron, JR Gent, JR Statesman, JR Emperor. Then for the full size Rollerball and Fountain pen you have The Gentleman, The Statesman, The Emperor, The Imperial and The Kyoto. It would be nice if they make a JR version of The Imperial and The Kyoto. I know that other companies sell high end Fountain Pens and Rollerball pens but a lot have plastic as components which I tend to stay away from.

Any thing with sharp teeth eats meat.
    Most powertools have sharp teeth.
    People are made of meat.
Abrasives can be just as dangerous as a blade.....and 10 times more painfull.

Hey Soundman I have been getting them from Carb-a-tec in Brisbane, the pen forum that I am with in the States is looking at a bulk buy on JR Gents, JR Statesman, JR Emperors, Gentleman, Statesman, Emperor, Imperial and Kyoto Fountain and Rollerball pens. They are either rhodium/gold or rhodium/black titanium fittings. Usually with a bulk buy you get them a good bit cheaper than if you buy direct from the supplier.
