    That is very nice work Brad

    I especially like the finial treatment, that really sets it off.

    Now, I'd like to see this blank done as a closed end.

    A closed end did actually cross my mind after I made this one and was looking at it.

    Thanks Fred, I remember you have had one of your pens make the front page as well, so you know the feeling of having your work recognised in such a way.

    I was a bit stunned when I saw my pen on the front page when I opened it up, I almost fell off my chair.

    Thats for sure Fred.

    I always check out and admire the front page pen when I go onto the IAP, because the pens are always very good examples of our craft, and the photography is usually first rate.
    I honestly hadnt thought I had reached that standard yet, so it came as a surprise to me when I saw my pen there.
