    Default Keyrings

I had some time on Saturday morning, and decided to turn down a bunch of my pre-prepared 7mm blanks for slim/streamline pens and make them into something different.
Here are the results. All are sanded to 600, coated in 20 coats of thin CA (using Mitre-fix accelerator), and polished with micro-mesh.
I kept on making them even after running out of kits - will have to go shopping for more.

    Hope you like them. Simon.

All look good color and finish, I would have added a Stylus tip which you can get separately ,just makes them a little useful as well as a nice decorative touch, cheers ~ John

Good idea. I have some turned ones that I haven't assembled so will do some with stylus tips.

Great work Simon they have come up well the only thing I would pick at is that it doesn't look like the first couple have been Squared up properly and you can see a gap at the ends of them but other than that great effort.

    Cheers ian

Yes I only noticed that once I uploaded and posted the photos. Fortunately with such small items, the issue is more noticeable on (enlarged) photos than the real thing. Much like all minor flaws in pen photos. But yes it will be an issue and I will only charge half price for this one now.
