Here kitty
I saw this kit when looking for some other things at Steve's Woodcraft last week. As my wife is an avid cat lover I just had to buy it even though the price was fairly high. Having said that, I now understand why the price was higher than most as it was a PSI kit and the manufacturing quality was first class as well as the included instructions. It has cat related motifs in 3 different places, the clip, the centre band and the nib.
The blank was in my stash and marked as English Ash so I'm hoping that is what it is, and it had some spalting through it. Finished with a few coats of CA.
