KMS Maxwood GEOFF
I have never seen one of these posted on any of the pen turning forums.
This Parker twist ballpoint is huge!
Cap Diameter @ 15/16", CB Diameter @ 31/32", Nib Diameter @ 33/64" and total length @ 6".
Minimum blank size @ 1-1/8" and requires a 27/64" bit for the lower and upper brass tubes.
I could not find any bushings or instructions for this kit, so I turned between centers and used calipers to size the blank for the fittings.
Used a piece of BEB finished with 6 coats of MINWAX Oil Modified Water Based Polyurethane.

Beautiful blank and well finished Les, not sure on that kit though looks like a 5" shell projectile.
You would know you had that one in your pocket.

That's one big a#$e pen. Would be good for someone with arthritis or limited mobility in their hands.
Fit and finish up to your usual impressive standard Les

Beautiful timber and finish as usual Les, but that pen has got to be the ugliest kit I've ever seen No matter, I'm sure someone will love it
