    Default Q-Turn Lake Moogerah

I was away at Q-turn for the weekend ,and having ripped my thumbnail off about a week before was a bit careful not to get too involved with stuff, I wanted to try something new for me ,some button disks for purse holders and ladies compact mirrors, the compacts are new guinea rosewood burl, and a slice of WA banksia . The purse hangers are in a nice acrylic I had been saving for something or other ,started at 1 -1/2" square . Of course that didn't take up the weekend so I had a couple of pens to turn up as well ,the bolt action, gun metal and deerhorn, and the other 2 unknown celtic crosses courtesy of "MIk " from sale , thanks Mik

no worries John, you have quite a collection there, looks pretty good too

i hope you enjoyed watching the transformation in the Knots, it always amazes me when you watch straight angled lines turn into curved interconnected lines

i must have forgot to write the ingredients on each blank sorry, you knots are Black Heart Sassafras/Huon Pine and Tassie Blackwood/Red Gum

they might cause a bit of interest on the next market stall, i hope they sell real quick for you

    all the best
