Legendary Timberbits Service
These guys just seem to have the model RIGHT.
Placed an order on their website yesterday at 12:20.
Received my goods in Hervey Bay this morning at 10:10.
Sydney to Hervey Bay in less than 22 hours. Everything I ordered, no errors, no dramas.
Although I'm the typical small volume hobbyist (maybe place two order of less than $100 each in a year), they make me feel like I'm their most important customer. And I'm pretty sure they treat everyone the same way.

I Agree 100%
The delivery, service is second to none. I have had one or two minor issues, but they were resolved extremely quickly, no fuss, no bother. I would highly recommend Timberbits to anyone, Oh yeah, I actually do, a lot!

Great service. I ordered at 8am and it arrived at 11:30am the next day in Charleville - far western Queensland.

I have to agree on the service. I placed an order on Sunday and it arrived here in small town New Zealand on Wednesday morning.

Certainly agree. Timberbits is the only place I shop for my pen supplies purely for the great prices and awesome service. I am in Port Hedland WA and can bank on having my Timberbits package on the doorstep in two days.
