    Default Letter Opener & bolts

    I got to turn up a cast I did the other day and put it on a letter opener. It was pieces of Myrtle Burl I had cut up and cast in Emerald Green.

    When finished I thought that it looked a bit like a camo blank, so I thought I would use the leftover piece to put on a mini bolt that I got from Dorno.

    Last one is a standard bolt in Hairy Oak, and a comparison in size between the 2 types.

    Nice lot of gear!!!

    that is a slightly different method to cast bits of timber but it works really well!!
