Default Lollipop Pink and Black Crackle Stylus Sierra

Have been in the wilderness again and decided to come back and play. Experimented with a crackle finish. Learned a lot for next time. See what you think. Comments and critique welcome.
    Cheers
    Darren

Thanks Tony but I need a steadier hand and a better job with the crackle finish. Probably a thinner coat to allow a better crackle effect I feel. But over all I am fairly happy with it.

    Looking good Darren

I have about ten in the finishing stages read to pour more today or tomorrow. The women love them. The ladies now bring their own choice of under colour and crackle to make them to match.

I think we are going to see a lot more of this style pf pen

Here is the other thread https://www.woodworkforums.com/f204/n...blanks-172577/

You use any colour on the brass tube after sanding I usually use thee coats, when dry use a crackle colour opposite in the colour wheel , for best effects. The colour is ladies nail polish. The combinations are endless and no two pens can ever be the same as the acrylic polish cracks different every time. Do not use gel polish as you need UV to set it off.
