Longwood,
Hey There,
Just finished a Longwood Click pen in Gold, for a customer who is sending it to his Dad in Pomgolia (England) it is off to Laser Len for the finishing touches, I didn't do a double knot because he wanted some engraving done on the upper half.
Curly Jarrah sanded to 1200 wet and dry then Micro Mesh to 12000, 10 coats of Thin CA and then Hutts Friction Wax.
Comments welcome.

Hey There,
Thanks for the comments,
Hey Mik, I got a bag of filings from a key cutting guy at a shopping centre, they are sharp little buggers, I made a jig for the Bandsaw, do a cut, fill with filings flood with CA, then do another cut and so on, it is easy and effective. It's Hard to Kick Goals, When the Ba^$%##ds Keep moving the Goal Posts.
