Almost had my first lost parcel from the US
Last October I ordered a mould from Gadget on IAP, I already had 2 of these and wanted a third as my pressure pot rack takes 3.
Matt duly made one up for me and advised me on 3/11 that he sent it, followed by a tracking number from USPS.
By the end of November I was getting more than a little concerned and asked Matt to chase it up from his end, I had already queried at my PO and drew a blank.
By now I was starting to think that this would be my first lost parcel from overseas. When I went to empty my PO box today there was a "Final Notice" in there for a parcel. When I went to collect the parcel it was marked that it arrived on 15/11, and you guessed it, it was my missing mould.
When I queried it with the PO people, it is an agency not an Australia Post office, they explained that this was my third notice. When I told them that it was in fact my first one, they investigated further and it transpired that the owners (who are normally very efficient and very helpful) were on an extended holiday at the time this parcel arrived and their temporary replacements had obviously not done the right thing.
Anyway, it's here now, my perfect record is still in tact

I hate it when post office do that
Last Xmas SWMBO ordered me a present from south and it did not turn up after 2 week. Once Xmas was over she contacted the supplier and they chased it up only to find it sitting at our post office. When SWMBO enquired at the PO they just said OH sorry about that Not happy JanCheers Rum Pig
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.
