M3 Metal Pen
Hi all I have had a very busy summer so have not posted much. I did want eveyone to see this new Pen blank. I won this blank at a IAP picnic in Springfield Missouri.
here is the site to tell you more about the blank http://metalpenblanks.com/.
This is finnished with MM to 24000 and a new finish sent to me by the company that makes the blanks. It has a very definte damascus steel look.TANSTAAFL

Lucky you, well done beautiful pen.
I have made a few from Mikes blanks they make great pens, I must get back and finish some more of them.

like the blank - what a nice win - lucky bugger
thanks for the link, very tempting but not sure I'd trust myself with a $25 blank but on the other hand ...

Now that's what I'm talking about. Great pen. The Majestic Junior with the brilliant rhodium plating and the Swarovski crystal in the clip. A top notch blank and a nice job turning and finishing. Only fault I can find is the photographs could be clearer. I don't mean to pick, but I would like to see it a little more clearly. Some close-ups would not come amiss either. You turn something this nice, we want to see it!
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
