    Default mackay cedar JR gent

    turned this up today its a piece of figured mackay cedar 15 coats ca , sanded 15 k then buffed sadly developed 2 small cracks during assembly and didnt notice till later

    Looks good from here. Its a nuisance when a crack appears at the very final stage - assembly. I haven't had one for a while. I use a vice with timber and rubber over the jaws to assemble the pens. It has a lot of give in it.
