First Majestic
I have wanted to do one of these for a while but could not justify the kit cost. Recently I have been able to sell some items at a couple of local exhibitions and thought why not have a go.
When turning the blanks they did not seem overly large, but when assembled, they make quite a sizable pen.
It was enjoyable to make and quite happy with the result. Wood is Red Mallee Burl with CA finish.
Thanks for looking.

Very nice Dallas!
Fit and finish look excellent from here.
Nice choice of plating to complement that timber.
Well done.

Very nice job indeed Dallas. I bet it felt great to cough up that much money for the kit and then see the great piece of work you created.
Cheers Ian

Looks great and time for me to turn the red mallee I have been hoarding. I still want to turn one of those but funding is restricted right now by the missus lol.

That's excellent work. One of the best piece of red mallee I've seen in a while. Your finish on the CA is as good as it gets. The Majestic is one of my favorite kits. I only wish they would make a Majestic Jr. without the threads for posting the cap. That is a first rate pen and you should be proud of the results. If you don't keep it for yourself that one will sell fast.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
