A matter of Time
One of my customers from the Markets was looking at my selection of Purse perfume sprays, and she asked me if I had heard of Steam art ? Well being an old timer I remember steam trains and their art ( mostly "FOO" was here lol. ) Any way long story short here is the results , A Nice PSI perfume sprayer in steam art. I don't usually post this many pictures of one Item ,but just so hard to get a full Idea of what went into it all up about 4 hrs work cheers ~ John

John, looks like a work of art, beautiful, well worth the effort. But---what is Steam Art? Amos

Hi Mate
Not a wasted moment here how did you price it or did someone close to you make that decision for you? Steampunk is the rage all over the world right now. I have the ingredients but my twist has yet to be made yours is before me in all its charm. I love it, certainly black is beautiful in this case.
Just noticed four distinguished replies while I was composing my reply. I do agree with them as well. Great mate.
Regards Peter.

You have got to be happy with that, what a great result
So what did you end up bending the gears with?Neil____________________________________________Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new

Gees ! can't I have any secrets lol. Actually didn't need a jig ,I just gripped the gears in a pair of long nose pliers and pushed the other half with my thumb, these things are pretty delicate so was no problem only the biggest ones needed a bend in any case hehe. This is a fairly large dia finished at the ends about 5/8 so room to move a bit, on smaller barrels may be more of a problem though, Cheers ~ John

That is actually a cool idea. You see the pens with that stuff all the time and in fact I have been gathering stuff to do a few myself. I have yet to see something like this. Good job and thanks for showing.
