Mother of Pearl Sierra
G'day All,
I was going to wait until tomorrow to make this one but when the Green Abalone looked so good I couldn't help myself I just had to take my addicted green butt out to the cave and make this one as well. It is the Platinum / Black Titanium in Mother of Pearl I had a fiddle with the settings on my new camera and I think I worked out how to get a good pic inside now. What do you guys think.

Toni,
I put a post under the Green Abalone thread about how it turns if you want to take a look at that, that will save me typing it again here.
However please feel free to ask me any questions you like about them.

Stirlo it depends on what the light is like, it looks brilliant white in bright light, it looks like an oyster colour in dull light and a little pinky colour under fluro light.
Thank you all for your comments.

That is one nice pen, the effect on the Mother of Pearl with the different type of lighting and the way it refracts is interesting. with the angle of the 2nd photo it looks as though you can see tube through it. I feel it is the light reflecting of the the Mother of Pearl. Looks like another to the shopping list Thanks for showing it.

Its a very interesting material, you are right Darren its appearance totally depends on the lighting conditions and that is the thing that makes it stand out I really like materials that change their appearance depending on what light they are in.
