Thread: Mystery items

I bought a box of pen kits from a guy and there were two steel parts in the box that I didn't recognize. They look like precision parts.

The base is 94 x 38mm and 2mm thick and has a slight arc to it. The diamond shaped boss comes off the base at an angle (maybe 5-7°) with a thru hole about 18.34mm in dia. There are some numbers cast into them along with other numbers and a logo hand engraved into them
