Newcastle wood show
I went to the craft and wood show today. I had a great day seemed a bit more variety at this years show ( my opinion) but I was a little disapointed but a lot of no shows (they know who they are).
Trend Timber were there had a lot of great stuff and at some good prices eg pen press for $65 nice solid unit. Also the usual pen kits and also finerange of lathe tools all up no a bad effort well done
043turning were there with quite a large range of pens kits and cutlery also range of turning blanks and burl slices, some very very nice large slabs books on wood turning and pen making. nearly forgot pen blanks great range of them from 1 metre Acrylics to some from the UK I had only seen on the exotic blanks site with Zebra stripes to lepords and tiger stripes son candy blanks like I had never seen before.
Johnathon Knowels with all there clock parts Heaps
and heaps more but if i mention them all then theres no need for you to go. If you went tell me what you thought of it ?
Cheers Ian
