That Maple Burl looks interesting with the two-tone colouring. I just can;t seem to get organised lately to get more than 1 pen made on a weekend, which is the only time I can get in the shed these days. I really need to do some better planning.

I cut, drill and glue 10 pens at a time around christmas time.
Working on 10 Jr. Gents today, they take a bit longer.

Nice work Todd, It must feel good to get that many done at one time, Using WOP limits that ability.
Great display.

Todd nice selection of pens you have done, like the others the 2 tone Maple Burl is the one that really stands out. The kits are interesting, Petroglyph Kits, which supplier carries these kits Todd? Similar set up as a Sierra but with interest banding and a more rounded final. Are they a similar weight to the Sierra?

I got these from www.woodpenpro.com , they are basically the same pen as the sierra, down to the bushings. I just ordered 20 more as all but 2 of these sold already.
They have Turtle, Warrior, Poker, or Fish petroglyph's. The Fish sell really well with the religous crowd around Christmas time. If I had the time I'd pair them up with some Cross blanks and charge more money, but I've other projects to tackle (flatwork ) before the weekend is out.

All those pens in one sitting, that's incredible.

Well they were all drilled and glued the day prior so that part was done ahead of time.
On my way down to the shop to glue up 10 elegant beauties right now.
Thanks for all the replies.

Yeah, but I only do this during the holidays.
I don't do craft fairs or anything else so I sell the bulk of my pens during the season.
Coffee's done, time to head for the shop!
