's nuts
Gum nuts that is
Two quick Sierras for Ian () and his wife Julie to take home, made from small gum nuts collected last time I was down in Melbourne from their driveway, as a thank you for teaching at the club.
One cast in Black, the other in pink, CA finish as usual. Wish I had used pink in lieu of white on the tube for the pink one, as there was some variation in the intensity of colour, but too late now

Still very unique, and still expertly done mate, a very very nice pair. Even the pens themselves are grinning, see the smilie?

Very nice indeed looks a bit like "Pretzels" all I can say is has to be thankful you don't have a Cat hehe, not to worry about the variations in color ,thats what makes every pen a surprise package and unique Cheers ~ John

Very interesting nuts from , Like the pattern in them. A rare and wonderful thing is to view pens made by Neil. The casting is brilliant and the variation in the pink gives it a character all of it's own. Great work Neil, nothing less than I expect. You truly are the casting master. Eunice will be at QTurn again this year, will you be there mate?

At first glance, I was wondering why he cast jalapeno slices, ( very hot, local peppers, State Pepper of Texas) then read the rest of the post, and all this time I though you guys had a dry sense of humor!
Outstanding casting, outstanding idea, I love it when folks take the time to make it personal!"That's why I love my computer,,,,,,,, my friends live in it."

Very good. Love it.
Now if puts the end of the pen in his mouth whilst holding a ciggie in his hand it would be nibbling 's nuts.

Hi Neil
Great set of nuts you have.
I see the "Pretzels" and smiling faces in the blank.
Thanks for sharing
