She-oak Lucida
This is the first of my She-oak pod casts. This first batch had some older black pods mixed in, I will only use fresh ones from now on.
This one went through the wash, it seems to have survived OK, I gave it another buff before I pressed the hardware in this arvo.

On a roll hehe, looks good to me I don't mind the darker bits for contrast , you'll be lucky if your better half doesn't want that as well , I sometimes have to fight to get some of my pens to Market hehe, cheers ~ John

I am just using pressure, 50psi. Seems to be enough judging from the 2 casts I have done now, there doesnt seem to be any voids or air bubbles, so I assume it is working OK.
If I had a more substantial pressure pot I would go higher, the pot I have says its rated for 80psi but I dont want to risk going any higher than 50 when I am standing near it.Though I did test it to 80psi from about 20 meters away, just for peace of mind.Brad.
