Amos I use 5 min Rapid Cure Epoxy with the powdered coffee. The only thing that would stopp epoxy from going off would the age of the epoxy, whether the correct amounts have been mixed or maybe temperature. I haven't encoutered this with epoxy so I don't know what else it could be.
Skew I only use milk with the coffee if I am looking for a caramel swirl when gluing the blanks back together.

The way the blank looks like at the moment, could be mistaken for coffee lollipop!! PS, I used granulated coffee! the weather is quite cool will see what it is like tonight. Amos
