Hi Ben
Exceptional pen, Why? because it exemplifies the highest standard in timber, suitable choice of kit, displayed to show the deep background figure and special finish this pen shows, I know this was locally sourced by yourself proving to me as well as all viewers we can all have the same success if we are observant, careful in our endeavors. In Canberra there are so many exotic species planted as street trees and garden as well. Sadly harvesting that occurs naturally mostly ends up at the refuse for mulching.
Ben advertised some of this timber for sale without any of us fully understanding the real value because it was unheralded, I venture to say the price now is where it should be.
I regard Bens opinion on timber highly and am grateful to enjoy his quality work as fitting in the company of so many on this great forum.
Kind regards Peter.Nil Desperandum

Very fine pen.
The best looking piece of Olive I have seen in a very long time.
Great finish and fit. If I made that pen, it would of been a keeper.
Thanks for sharing.
