    Default Another "Panache"

I was looking through some long forgotten pen blanks and found this one I have dressed a Panache kit with, I am not totally wrapped in the kit design, but I do love the amount of timber it shows off , this is a bit of Platypus gum from an old member from here ,some will remember " George" I also did one of Rheisings gun metal bolt actions( I find that rheisings gun metal is rather dark) with a polished and powdercoated aluminium tube . Looks very effective I think , cheers ~ John

I'm with you John, I'm not a big fan of the Panache either but they do show off the timber well, nice job on both pens. That Platypus Gum is rather flashy

I agree love the Platypus Gum D

I have to disagree about the kit tho. I have sold a few of these and even use one and I think kit is pretty good overall

Lovely timber John, and I have never handled or seen the kit in person, sometimes they are more likeable when you see them in person. Amos
