I have several books on pens and I don't remember any that had details that you are looking for, I doubt that you will find a book with measurements let alone metric.
What is it you are specifically looking for, details of bush sizes, tube lengths/diameters, etc.

Sorry for the delay in replying.
In the past when i have been looking for Box making books that include designs or how to's i noticed you can get books in imperial measurements and Metric. So given that im more comfortable and familiar with metric naturally i purchase those books in order for me to make a few of the boxes based on their designs.
I was looking around for books on Pen turning
i have come across this one
Amazon.com: The Pen Turner's Bible: The Art of Creating Custom Pens eBook: Richard Kleinhenz: Kindle Store
which looks great but noticed it was on imperial measurements and just wondered if anyone has come across any Australian or UK based Pen turning material
I guess my expectations must be a bit off and i should just become familiar with imperial or just understand the methods of how to turn a pen and make my own dimensions

I could be wrong, but I reckon that if you search through the archives for the yahoo penturners group you would find most of the info in that book. Rich has been pretty active there
The other day I described to my daughter how to find something in the garage by saying "It's right near my big saw". A few minutes later she came back to ask: "Do you mean the black one, the green one, or the blue one?".

Hi, buy the book and a set of verniers, then convert the dimensions to metric.
