Thread: Pen turners paradise pen swap

I joined in the Pen turners paradise forum's pen swap and this is what I got.(This is the post I used on there site)

I have been checking the mail box with some excitement of late but I have to keep reminding myself it is probably coming form OS so you will have another week at least
BUT yesterday I went to my box and there was a card saying I had a parcel to collect I did not even think it could be my pen swap but it was and I even let lose with a S#*T out loud in the post office but where I live that is being polite.
Any way I have a pen made By Andrew (Lazylathe) it is a Elegant Sierra with Amboyna burl. I think it is a little gem Andrew also took the time to write a letter tell me about the pen and info on the timber also there was a statement that said he has only been turning for 2 months. I had to double read that part because I was no where near as good as that after 2 months maybe 2 years. Also included was some loverly blanks but I have not taken a photo of them as I have to use the camera at work.


This pen is going straight into my personal collection not only is it a great looking pen but it is my first pen swap pen so it is very special to me.
