    Arrow Pens and More Pens

    Hi All,

I have been a busy lad in my limited spare time since coming back from my OS trip to Scotland, Casting and making pens
The four Sierras photographed are all wrapped in my own castings.
I also had an order for a Chrome Carbon Fibre Sedona to be sent to Singapore, so whilst putting that one together I decided to make another three at the same time for stock

    Cheers
    Tony.

Looks like all came out very well. I see the carbon fiber you use seems to have abit of different pattern to it than I am used to using. Can you tell me where you get it and do you have a product number or name??? Thanks.

Gee Tony you certainly got back into the swing of things pretty quick after your holiday at this pace you will need another holiday soon. You have some very nice pens there are some of them from the blanks you posted the other day ? You are making me want to get back into making a few blanks again. but not at the moment lol.

    Cheers Ian

    Hi All,

    Beautiful Pens...

I'm just starting out turning and as well as all-wood ones, I would love to make these kind of pens in the future, where can I get information on casting?

    Many Thanks, Chrome

Ian these are blanks that I cast, cannot remember which photo I posted though as I have done a couple now. It is as addictive casting as it is making the pens themselves.
    Cheers

    Chrome,
There is lots of information available on the net, youtube, API, and here on these forums also. My first steps into casting are listed here which may be of some help to you.
    Thanks
    Tony.
