    Default Photo cube

I have had a little play with the new photo cube

and here is the first pictures #1 is without the cube and #2 is with the cube. I think it is a huge improvement. The cost I won it at was fair but the postage I think is a little xxy at $19 normal post

    Not bad.

Try adding more light sources. You want even lighting and interesting reflections: 'Specular highlights' The best setups seem to have 3 (or more) directional lightsources outside the tent. Experiment with a dark ceiling or side in there too.

That's an excellent result, the improvement is quite dramatic. They can only get betterwith practice.

I've got the same cubes in two different sizes. I use three bright lamps on tripods to shoot the light in from the sides. That way, you avoid the hot spots and shadows and all. Last couple of photos though, I just got lazy and shot them outside on my deck on a sunny day. Your pictures are looking good!
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.
