I ended up doing 6 pens today. Now my ribs hurt so much I'm bent over double! Zoe is shaking her finger at me and going "tut, tut".

But I have someone who is willing to put stuff on their market stall for me and we are taking things over to her tomorrow, so I wanted to get some Polaris done!

I enjoyed you batch of pens today Eliza! I like that style of kit. The ones I've used are the Cabaras from Addictive, but I think they're near enough to the same. I actually find they're a hit with women (smaller hands!) - they're shorter than a normal pen, but are still fairly thick and very comfortable to hold.

I'm glad to see you enjoying Pen Turning. Knew you'd come over to the dark side - they're just like a hair stick that can write

    Cheers,
    Dave

    Another nice Polaris.

I've just done a batch of them too, haven't done any for about three years and had forgotten what a nice kit they are. Much more timber than a Sierra. Only problem I have is the limited travel on my drill press, which causes a bit of messing about to drill through.
