    Default Polymer Clay

    Hi All,

Been interstate most of the week and when I got home this afternoon I had a nice little parcel waiting for me from the states so without further delay out to the shed I went tonight and here is the end result. Polymere Clay from Toni and Jnr Gent II Rollerball Chrome from Exotic Blanks. I do like the chrome threads on these kits It is my first time workin with Polymer and they turned out just fine.

    Thanks
    Tony.

Looks like you had a late night, but well worth the effort. They look superb.
Is that a new model of the JR Gent?

    Hi Treecycle,

To be honest I am not really that sure if they are that new or not, all I know is I much prefer the finish and the threading on these ones to some of the others available not that there is anything wrong with the others. But just liked the more upmarket look of these ones especially being that the blanks used are fairly expensive ) so too me it just makes the finished pen all that bit more classier too ;-)

    Cheers
    Tony.

I too love Toni's work, and they look great on those kits too

The love the metal/metal threads, but you do have to ensure the tops are done up well, if not they have a bad habit of coming undone in one's pocket

    Looks really good Tony

Toni's blanks come up really top notch

i just looked through some of my old posts and that is the way the Dayacom Jnr Gent 2 has been for a number of years, i agree it does look more up market with the threads the same color as the other components

    all the best
