Try SUPERCHEAP auto, they often have them at around $99, then you will need to convert it to a pressure pot, the subject was dealt with at length on this forum, I will try to find the thread. Amos
start here Pressure pot
Also look at the heading at the start of this Form under Casting and Stabilisation, plenty of posts there.
Any questions just ask, we will try to help.

hiya steve
it really depends what you are trying to do with the casting
if you are starting out and playing with mixing colors ... you don't need a pressure pot
a pot is usually only needed when embedding objects into the resin
i have cast 1000's of blanks in the last 12 months and only used a pressure pot on 2 occasions
good luck ... its a bottomless money pit

As Amos said, Supercheap is the cheapest place to buy them but you have to wait until they come on sale which is every couple of months. Some bits and pieces to convert it into a casting pressure pot you can't get at Supercheap. However you can get those pieces at Trade Tools at a reasonable price. Also a good idea to fit a moisture trap which will remove water from the air coming from the compressor. Water and resin don't mix well.

G,day MIK
Yeah at this stage I just wont to try my hand at casting some blanks I have got about 50 assortment of pen kits and plenty off timber blanks. I intend to do some segmenting with the timber and the resin go's OK I will try Alumilite with a pressure pot. Yeah I know it can get a little costly but what hobby dos'nt.
Mate maybe you can help me can you recommend a resin and where I can get it from. I bought a kit from a mob in South Australia called Clear casting resin the size of the tin of resin is so small Ill be lucky if I can make one blank out of it. Thanks in advance.
regards Steve.

hiya Steve, this is what i use, they also have a website, it is the best resin i have found
Polyester Clear Casting Resin 20kg Catalyst | eBay
it is a 20kg tin but they do have it in 4kg size as well
they say to use 3% mekp by weight, i use 0.75% by measure which works real well
just ask if you have any further questions
