Default Question for bullet pen Experts

I have been making bullet pens for awhile now but would like to move away from the cross style refills and do some with the parker style. I have read many tutorials on these but in all of them I am yet to find out a good way to do the top section ? I still want the pen to look as realistic as possible with the rifle clip and all on the top and would be gratefull to any info that can help me with this. I don't care weather it is with cigar or sierra mechanisms

    Thanks for your help

    Ian

Dorno, I don't know if there is a supplier in Australia, but I think it was CSUSA in America sold the Euro style pen with 8mm tubes. They sell rifle clips to to suit the Euro so that may be a solution for you.

One idea I am toying with is buying the imitation bullet kits from one of the suppliers, using the finial, clip, tube and transmission.
Still to look at turning the replica cartidge part down on the metal lathe to recover the threaded bit in the top, and somehow fixing it into the top of a 30-06 shell, unless someone knows of a source for a tap to cut that fine thread, that way I could turn a brass adaptor and silver solder it in, which would be better.

The trannies in the bullet pens seem to be interchangeable with the sierra.

You could modify a rifle clip with a finial to fit the cigar upper tube.
