    Thanks Guys.

Today I saw the Fella who shoots the 458 magnum, looks like he is going to give me a few more shells, so I will be able to make a few more of these.

If you come across 458 Lott shells you can use them to. You just need to shorten them, they are the same dimensions otherwise.

Great effort Brad that is a job well done and now I have another item to try lol But lately I have just had trouble buying new .308 casings that they don't want a fourtune for so if you know where I could et some or some seconds that have been resized i would love to know ? I have plenty of used .308 but do not have the gear to recap them so projectile goes in tight ?

    Cheers Ian

    Thanks Ian.

I resize mine with a piece of drillrod inserted into the neck and then compressed in the collet chuck, works great.

    Cheers John.

I have given up coating my bullets with anything but some wax, the majority of my customers are happy with this.
I have had too much trouble with the powdercoating, and the ceramic coating that I tried showed signs of wear from some users after a few months.

This combo would be too tight with any coating anyway, unless the 458 shell was stretched/resized to allow for it.
