Recipe for a raise!
I managed to whip these couple up this weekend.
They are from Jarrah burl. The burl was so split i used some scrap African Blackwood, sanded it down and glued the dust into the cracks.
They are going to the 2 directors of the company i work for, they were amazed by the CA finish on my rosewood pen.
1 asked for a dark wood with some sapwood (which he got)
The second asked for a nicer pen than fellow director
I finished them with CA as requested.

Thankyou, they are the new SR Gents from Timberbits. But they are the same size are the Gentlemens.

Nice pens. I like the idea of filling the cracks with african blackwood. Certainly gives it some wonderful contrast.
I will have to get some of those SR Gents as they look like a nice pen.
